Participant Website Content Requirements - HomeExpo.com provides free and paid membership links to all residential building and home improvement related websites that contain content deemed suitable by our editors. Websites with excessive or unrelated banner advertising are generally not accepted.
Refund/Cancellation Policy - HomeExpo.com reserves the right to refuse/cancel any Photolink, Membership Link, LogoLink or free courtesy listing for any reason at any time if we deem the content unsuitable. If HomeExpo.com Inc. refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Subscription Cancellation by Participant - Subscription cancellations received within 60 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to HomeExpo.com Inc. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. These above policies apply to all HomeExpo.com Subscriptions and other services unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
Privacy Policy - Email addresses: we do not share, lend or sell our email lists. They are used exclusively for our staff to correspond with our members and other clients about orders, promotional offers, new product information and special events. Terms and Conditions Regarding Sale - This Agreement contains the terms and conditions regarding the purchase of products, goods, merchandise, or services by customer from HomeExpo.com Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Governing Law. This agreement, as well as the parties rights and obligations hereunder, shall be in all respects interpreted, enforced and governed by and under the laws of the State of Virginia without regard to Conflict of Laws Rules. Any arbitration that may occur as a result of any controversy or claim shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1, et seq. and all applicable Virginia Law. The parties further agree that this agreement shall not be denied validity on the ground that it is electronic and shall be deemed admissible as evidence by the parties in any proceeding. Mediation/Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, cause, or claim of any nature, including but not limited to contract, tort, common law, or equity brought against HomeExpo.com Inc., its agents, employees, successors, assigns or affiliates which cannot be settled through direct negotiations, shall be submitted by the parties to mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Mediation Rules before resorting to arbitration. Any unresolved controversy or claim arising from or relating to this contract or breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and a judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. If the parties agree, a mediator involved in the parties’ mediation may be asked to serve as the arbitrator. The arbitrator shall have no authority to award punitive or other damages not measured by the prevailing party’s actual damages, except as may be required by statute. Except as may be required by law, neither party nor mediator and/or arbitrator shall disclose the existence, content, or results of any mediation and/or arbitration without the prior consent of both parties. The location of the mediation and/or arbitration shall take place in Virginia Beach, Virginia, U.S.A. Each party shall bear its own cost and expenses and an equal share of the mediator’s and/or arbitrator’s fees and costs of administration. Attorneys Fees. In any judicial determination in which a favorable ruling is obtained by HomeExpo.com Inc., HomeExpo.com Inc. shall be entitled to the reimbursement of attorneys fees and costs incurred. Limitation of Liability. HomeExpo.com Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for any amount of damages above the purchase price paid by the customer under this agreement including but not limited to lost data or software, lost profits, consequential, or punitive damages. Binding Arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract shall be determined by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its International Arbitration Rules. The location of the mediation and/or arbitration shall take place in Virginia Beach, Virginia, U.S.A. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Except as may be required by law, neither party nor arbitrator shall disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration without the prior consent of both parties.
Shipping Information - In cases where shipping of product is necessary we offer 3 to 5 business days, priority or standard shipping by USPS. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. We currently do not accept International orders. Shipping Charges: All shipping charges will be based on “Subtotal” prior to tax. US Shipping Charges: FREE Shipping on all US orders over $200.00 USD. $15.00 shipping and handling charges on US orders under $200.00 USD. You will be notified of your order confirmation via E-mail. For any additional assistance on your shipping status please e-mail us at info@homeexpo.com. Shipping maybe delayed: If you do not provide us with a valid day time phone number or email address. If your address is incomplete. If your billing address is different than your shipping address and we are unable to get in touch with you to verify the order.
