ABOUT PAID PICTURE LISTINGS - Gold Star PhotoLinks have permanent positions and are installed first come, first served. They are renewable - "forever on top of the competition". Registered Listings display immediately below the photolinks in the featured website section, they are randomly positioned within their group. Courtesy listings are displayed on the white pages. Photolinks and registered are also included in the white page listings.
Subscription rates for both Photolinks and Registered Listings are paid once a year and are ALL INCLUSIVE. there are no USAGE, PER CLICK, UPDATE or other charges of any kind.
ABOUT FREE Text Only listings - courtesy white page listings are absolutely free but you are required to reply to verification requests every 6 months. Verification is the only way we can keep the directories accurate and useful to your customers. Subscription listings are not required to verify but we strongly suggest they do check their listings to make sure their weblinks, descriptions, and contact information are all correct. Website listings that do not verify are assumed inactive and deleted from the directory(s). White page text only listing are randomly positioned weekly, any photolinks in the category display in order at the top of the white pages. Call in or email your questions.

Standard Content Requirements - we provide free links to all residential building and home improvement related websites that contain content deemed suitable by our editors. Websites with excessive or unrelated banner advertising are generally not accepted. The editors reserve the right to remove any website listing for any reason whatsoever. If a subscription listing is removed the subscriber will be refunded 120% of any unearned fee.
Refund/Cancellation Policy - HomeExpo.com Inc. reserves the right to refuse/cancel any Photolink, Membership Link or LogoLink for any reason at any time if we deemed the content unsuitable. If HomeExpo.com Inc. refuses a new or renewing subscription, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Subscription Cancellation by Participant - Subscription cancellations received within 30 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to HomeExpo.com Inc. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. These above policies apply to all HomeExpo.com Subscriptions and other services unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
